Applications

The A11 mechanical seal is designed to work with extremely aggressive chemical compounds which can contain some abrasive particles. Metal components of the A11 seal are isolated from the sealed medium. The A11 seal has a visual wear indicator and a rotating ring with a carbon graphite insert.
NOTE: It is not recommended to use the type A11 seal with the following media: dissolved alkaline metals, chlorine trifluoride, gaseous fluorine.
