GS
The GS is a mechanical seal designed mostly for fans and blowers to seal clean, environmentally friendly gases. It is used as a containment seal in the systems of the so-called dry tandems (system 2NC-CS acc. to EN ISO 21049, API 682), to secure gas leakage into the atmosphere and assume the role of a main seal in case of emergency.
A12
It is a mechanical seal intended for operating with extremely aggressive chemicals which do not contain abrasive particles. Metal components of the A12 seal do not touch the sealed medium.
A13
It is a mechanical seal is intended for operating with extremely aggressive chemicals. For the A13 seal, the presence of small abrasive particles is permitted. Metal components of the A13 seal do not touch the sealed medium.
B12
It is a mechanical seal designed for operating with aggressive chemicals containing abrasive particles. It is recommended to use B12 seals for media of temperature exceeding 80ºC.
A3D
It is a double mechanical seal designed for operating with cold and hot water, oils, fuels, not very aggressive chemicals and other fluids containing small amounts of abrasive substances.
PGS
PGS shaft seals are radial seals for sealing gases, dust and vapours. They are used to seal the shafts of fans, blowers, mixers, dryers, centrifuges, bearings, etc. They can be used in almost all industries, such as chemistry, power engineering, sewerage technology, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food industries and marine technology. Shaft seals of machines pumping gases which are inflammable, toxic and contaminated with particulate solids are supplied with neutral barrier gas that prevents the sealed medium from going out into the atmosphere. Barrier gas pressure must be higher than the medium pressure by ca. 0.1-0.2 bar. In case of high temperature applications, barrier gas also cools the seal.
UVP
It is a general purpose mechanical seal of simple and compact design, easy in assembly and maintenance, with the possibility of sliding pair pressure control. Intended to operate with thick liquids containing abrasive particles (sludge, cement pulps, ashes, whitewash) in power engineering (desulfurization of combustion gases), heat engineering (hydraulic transport of ashes), metallurgy (hydraulic transport of metal ores), in waste water treatment plants (sludge and suspensions).
BEH
The BEH is a general purpose mechanical seal with a wide range of applications. It is designed to work with media containing abrasive particles and with environmentally hazardous chemicals. BEH seal requires use of external quench liquid installation.
BC
BC seals are designed for operating with hot water. They are used in boiler water main and preliminary feed pumps. Developed construction solutions cover the whole range of pumps used in Polish power and heat generating plants.
We also offer the version BC2 seal with integrated internal cooler. The same rule of cooling effect forced by the rotating movement is kept, and all components and the method of mounting on the shaft are standard – the cooling system, however, has been optimised and designed in a specific way.
M4/M4L
The M4 and M4L mechanical seals are designed for sealing shafts of mixers and reactors in which thick, high viscosity products as well as chemically aggressive and environmentally hazardous ones are processed. The seals are adapted for operating with low-pressure installations of barrier or flushing-cooling fluids. M4 seals have horizontal or vertical rotation axis and in M4L embodiment they play the role of the bearing shaft unit. The presence of barrier liquid enables seal operation in medium vapours only ("dry" run) and prevents the product from getting out into the atmosphere.
BD
They are used in pumps operating in hot water network installations and in condensate pumps. Developed construction solutions cover the whole range of pumps used in Polish power and heat generating plants.
A1G
It is a general purpose mechanical seal for operation with water, oils, fuels and liquids containing small amounts of abrasive substances, used in impeller pumps and other equipment with rotating shafts. A1G is a version of the A1 with extended bellows, adapted for special installation conditions.
